Ricky has been Managing Director of Ardula Group, Limited comprising Ardula Limited, PTC (SE) Limited, and Mantransco Limited since June 2015. Responsible for all aspects of the business including commercial management, business development, environmental and transport compliance, and building on the excellent customer service record of a business which has been trading for over 25 years. The acquisition of the group with Phil Brasier in 2017 has given Ricky fresh opportunity to develop new avenues
Phil is the most experienced member of the team, having some 30 years in and around tipper trucks, the last 17 of which have been with Ardula. In 2017 he and co-director Ricky Hemmings completed the acquisition of the Ardula group, and for Phil this was just reward for many years of hard work and dedication, which he continues to apply with renewed effort as the businesses move forward
Richard joined Ardula in 2016, shortly after the addition of the Mantransco business to the group, with a remit to review and manage the logistic and commercial operation of what had become a 50 vehicle fleet spread across three businesses. More recently, Richard has become a retained firefighter in his local village. This enhances his role with Ardula as he now brings formal health and safety qualifications in to the organisation.
Greg joined the Ardula group in 2016 as an apprentice Transport Co-ordinator, and passed his vocational qualifications with flying colours, adding FORS Practitioner accreditation in 2017. He has become an integral part of the transport team, linking well with the other haulage businesses
Jamie came through the ranks to initially take up a split driving/driver training role, but showed such good aptitude toward driver development that the role became full time, and he's now a vital member of the team. He combines years of driving experience with a growing understanding of driver health, safety, and wellbeing, and he oversees our FORS and CLOCS compliance
We aim to provide long term secure and safe working conditions, and in return they are out in all weathers, in all locations, delivering and collecting all manner of construction materials.
