Ricky Hemmings
Group Managing Director

Ricky has been Managing Director of Ardula Group, Limited comprising Ardula Limited, PTC (SE) Limited, and Mantransco Limited since June 2015. Responsible for all aspects of the business including commercial management, business development, environmental and transport compliance, and building on the excellent customer service record of a business which has been trading for over 25 years.  The acquisition of the group with Phil Brasier in 2017 has given Ricky fresh opportunity to develop new avenues

Phil Brasier
Group Transport Director

Phil is the most experienced member of the team, having some 30 years in and around tipper trucks, the last 17 of which have been with Ardula.  In 2017 he and co-director Ricky Hemmings completed the acquisition of the Ardula group, and for Phil this was just reward for many years of hard work and dedication, which he continues to apply with renewed effort as the businesses move forward

Kevin Jones
Transport Planner - Artics

In spring 2018, Kevin stepped down from the cab of his lorry and sat at the transport planner's desk, bringing with him 30 years of driving experience.  Customers, suppliers and most importantly drivers have seen improvements in the way our business is conducted, with an increased range of products hauled.  In addition to construction aggregates and waste, more recently vehicles have hauled both grain and compost, with meticulous cleaning in between of course, to effectively cover both ends of the food chain.  This wider approach will continue in 2019

Greg Ibbotson
Transport Planner - Artic Bulkers/Flatbeds

Greg joined the Ardula group in 2016 as an apprentice Transport Co-ordinator, and passed his vocational qualifications with flying colours, adding FORS Practitioner accreditation in 2017. He has become an integral part of the transport team, linking well with the other haulage businesses

Darron Whitcombe
Transport Manager

Darron joined Ardula in May 2019, with a remit to work alongside our Fleet Manager to maintain and improve all aspects of our driver and vehicle management, ensuring that through pro-active ongoing review, we remain fully compliant with the regulatory requirements, and that we conduct our business to a level above and beyond the industry standards set by FORS and CLOCS

Dave Morley
Group Fleet Manager

Dave has been with Ardula for a number of years, initially driving Tippers and Grab vehicles, until taking his first step into an office role in 2018.  Quickly adapting to the new working environment, Dave was the logical choice to take on the fleet manager role in Autumn of 2018.  His no-nonsense approach has seen costs come down, vehicle availability increase, and improved relationships with service providers and parts suppliers.  Dave works alongside Darron to keep the fleet keen, mean, and being seen
